Everyone warns you that in your first year of college you’ll gain the freshman 15…more like freshman 20-25 if we’re being honest. But that doesn’t have to be the case. While over the span of time I have been in college I have gained weight, I can say freshman year at least I didn’t gain all of the freshman 15. I like to say that’s something to be proud of! These few tips are super easy and can help stave off a few of those extra pounds that first year!
